"Closet" Dolce Cioffo

"Clothes have always been a big attribute to my personality. I am very receptive to the world outside and everything becomes an inspiration to enrich my style. I like to play with colours and shapes, semantics and cultural references. One day I can dress as a mermaid and the next, as a stripper. Showing up as Magdalene on a Wednesday and playing Botticelli Venus on a Sunday. Wearing red if I feel belligerent and dark brown if I feel demure. Life for me is a big stage of the many characters that shape me and clothes are the visual clue to the world outside.

I have been lucky enough to grow up surrounded by many incredible people, like my mother and grandmother, my professors in my studies and my work mentors and colleagues. I have been working alongside Andreas Kronthaler and Vivienne Westwood for the last ten years and they have helped me develop my full potential. Expressing yourself confidently is not an easy job when there are big personalities, however they were a great inspiration to embrace myself for who I really am.

I have spent the last four years in Paris to work for the brand and I have recently relocated to Milan to start a new journey, always within the company. These looks were my last ode to this wonderful city that gave me back myself and inspired me to aspire always for more."
