Chloé’s Arts: Edition 2 taps British photographer Francesca Allen for Konkursas, a dreamy, off-beat dive into Lithuania’s annual “world’s longest hair” competition — part ritual, part performance, part teenage fever dream. Shot in Kaunas, the series unravels femininity, spectacle, and small-town surrealism with Allen’s signature mix of tenderness and chaos. Under Chemena Kamali’s new creative direction, Chloé leans into a more intimate, idiosyncratic storytelling — less polished campaign, more beautifully strange coming-of-age vignette, soon to be published in a Steidl photobook.
